In 2010 after the ‘La Ciudad / The City’ records and before we started writing ‘Harvest of Sorrow’, we were working with Margo on some recordings.

These were a mix of new versions of tracks from our first three records and some originals we did for the project. We brought in some talented friends who added extra dimensions and special sauce. The night we did the strings and brass on ‘Small Boats Part 1’ was particularly special.

We’re not sure why we left it unreleased for 11 years and it was a shame to waste Lucy’s art concept. Maybe we just got excited with the new project and then things went in a different direction. There are some magical bits in it still and it’s a full stop after that first (or third, if you like) phase of us making music together. Hope you like it.
